âEasily the best food that I ate in SerbiaâMoja reka, uzice. RestaurantWe ate here based on a recommendation . It was a good move as the food was excellent. We ordered starters, grilled mushrooms and risotto. The risotto was easily a main meal. We then ordered a Serbian meat platter, a chicken prosciutto and olive casserole and chicken stuffed with cheese and ham. We also went for a tomato salad and a four cheeses sauce. The meal was absolutely huge and we only ate half even though we are all big eaters.This was easily the finest meal that I ate in 3 trips to the Balkans.It was also very cheap by western standards !!!

We went in this restaurant during a professional meeting , it was the second time for me and I have to confess that every thing was excellent .The quality of the food is delicious and the service perfect ! I will recommand it and will be back next time .Dont hesitate to take the mix grill meat it is a dream !

I'm going to start a series on cafanas as a public service. In addition to widespread smoking, another hazard to beware of in some restorans/cafanas is their heavy-handed use of salt. I know that there are diners who love to have their food salted intensely, but those who are watching the salt in their diet will need to be careful when dining here. Several diners at other tables were eating veal stew so it seemed to be a popular dish here and I ordered the same. Took a bite when it arrived and immediately knew it was a mistake. It was so salty I could not eat another bite of it. I called the waiter and asked about the salt in the veal. He shrugged sullenly and said this was normal seasoning for meat in this cafana. Other diners in our group ordered the lamb and komplet lepinja; they struggled to finish their meals because of the amount of salt in it.I'd have given it a "poor" for food and service but decided to bump it up to "average" because it is popular with locals. With that level of local custom, there is no reason for them to change.

Od 8. decembra 2016. grad Užice je postao bogatiji za joÅ¡ jedan restoran u kojem Äe mnogi zasigurno ispisati neku "svoju priÄu". Raznovrsni muziÄki program, prelep prostor, dobra atmosfera i odliÄna hrana je ono po Äemu se "NaÅ¡a PriÄa" izdvaja od drugih.

I recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in Uzice. Here is a delicious Caesar salad, rostile and desserts. Wide selection of wine. I live in Užice and I can definitely say that NaÅ¡a PriÄa is one of the best restaurants!

We of course had the roast lamb ('pecenje' = petchenye) which is the local delicacy and many claim that Mackat (the village where Bajo is located) has the best roast lamb in, well . . . , the world. It's not entirely true, though, but it is almost there. The service was OK, the ambient cosy and rustic, and the roast was good, although, for my taste a bit too salty.
