Had lunch with my wife and 2 friends on my first visit yesterday. The ambiance is great, the food outstanding and we enjoyed really good service. Quality ingredients and ample quantities in our starters, main courses and desserts were served to all 4 of us. We most definitely will return and highly recommend this lovely riverside restaurant. A particular thank you to Jessica in serving us.Thank you for your great review, high rating and recommending us. We are very proud of our team and appreciate your compliments to our lovely Jessica. Looking forward to welcoming you again soon!

A casual Dining experience serving up good quality fresh ingredients, and catering for all. We pride ourselves on efficiency, and the sourcing of fresh ingredients. Our BBQ Pork ribs are a must try.
Overall this does not seem like a "bad" restaurant. However, unfortunately, I ordered a chicken dish and the chicken was off. Tasted foul and had a funny smell. For me, no matter the size, type or quality of a restaurant, the chef should be able to tell if a chicken breast is off before serving a food which can potentially make you very ill. To me this clearly shows the chicken is far from fresh, probably frozen and not kept correctly. It was replaced and a drink knocked off the bill (should have been the whole dish!!). Unfortunately this is not something which can be forgiven and I will not be returning or recommending.Hi adamk823.Firstly our sincere apologies with regards to your meal in the restaurant. I would like to assure you that after inspection, the chicken you were served was not "off" but it was not the quality we normally serve here and we have already sent the entire batch of produce back to the supplier. We shall not be using them again. Please rest assured that we have already changed supplier and this is the first and last time anything like this will happen as we normally have strict checking procedures in the restaurant for quality and all our produce is fresh. If you would like to email me at [email protected] so we can discuss further.Thank youNick

Mythos Meze Bar- isn't only about food, our spirit is the traditional Greek way of life. Come and share our passion for authentic, innovative dishes and fine wines, served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere
Mythos is like football, game of two halves!! The downstairs bar area is not very inviting and on entering we almost turned around and walked out. However we were immediately greeted by the friendly waitress and taken upstairs to the dining area which is very attractive and with a Greek flavour atmospheric. The menu is fairly extensive with ample choice and reasonable prices. The food that we had tasted very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening in this pleasant restaurant and may well return in the future.

Our dough is hand-made from scratch and left to ferment for 3 days producing a light but slightly chewy, yummy, sourdough base. We use the finest 00 flour imported directly from renowned Italian Millers Selezione Casillo, along with Premium grade Olive Oi
Had a delicious lunch, really cool to see that so many of the ingredients being used were locally sourced. We had a pizza, a side salad and the charcuterie board. The pizza dough was epic, lovely balance of flavours, the quality of the tomatoes used in the sauce abd the Somerset mozzarella shone. The charcuterie was exceptionally good. The boar salami was epic. My only tint criticism was the cheese, although tasty didnât fit perfectly with the meats - its only personal taste but I would have rather had some more mozzarella as opposed to the double Gloucester! The coffee was great, the ice cream in the affegato was exceptional. The waitress who served us was attentive and super polite and it was lovely to sit inside/outside in the covered alfresco dining space. We had a wonderful late lunch and would definitely return.

Dinner in Morgans came with some expectations of a better class of food than was served. The dining room is excellent with an intimate feel and club like wood panels. The welcome was warm. But then overall service was not up to scratch. Having the waiters lean across in front of the diners is not acceptable. The food was distinctly average. This is a shame as there is such potential. Be a bit more adventurous, be more interesting, be more creative... please. It was OK. Starters were pre-plated and arrived so quickly as to lead to concerns about when they had been plated up. Mains were OK. Vegetables inedible due to being completely soggy ala 1950.Puddings sounded good on the menu but the presentation was poor, just plonked on the plate. And perhaps the chef should check out a recipe for Cranachan...raspberries, cream, honey and whisky with a few oats....simple.A missed opportunity. Come on St Pierre, you can do better. Please check out the menu at Whitebrook and be brave.
