A 230 years-old barn in a typical Neuchâtel farmhouse is the place in which Larusée welcomes you: La Grange Larusée. A beautifully renovated space, blending ancient to contemporary, can accommodate groups up to forty people to visit our distillery and tasting our absinthes.

Absolutely charming place and one of its kind quality Absinth. The owner takes time to share anecdotes and to guide the distillery. Very authentic and charming place and experience. The tasting of the entire suite of Absinth‘s and Pastis they produce, alls steps handmade including bottling and labeling, is giving sufficient time to experience the differences between the „bleue“, the „verte“, „blache de leon“ and „Pastis“. We were impressed by the attention to details and the vision the owners bring to the revival of an Apero and / or Digestif that was about to get lost over the past century.
