We ate here twice, once when we paid, once with friends. The second time they were out of salmon, which my wife would have liked. The food was average in portions, but tasty. The green beans were extremely salty, so avoid them. The prices were moderate.

The Corkwood has been around for many years, although it has moved to a new location a few years ago. American/Chinese cuisine is offered. Although I haven't tried it, people enjoy the breakfast with eggs and fried rice combo. They also have a steak night that is very good. A nice family restaurant with reasonable prices.

I had the Senior Starter breakfast w/1 egg, bacon and toast. My husband had the Senior Omelette. Both were reliably good and well cooked. The coffee was good, too. The service was good for a Denny's or a diner in general. The thing about Denny's is that AARP members (for 50 and over) get a discount and they have a Senior Menu for 55 and over. You must present your AARP card at checkout for the discount.It is located right off I-5 and near a couple of budget hotels if you are staying in one of them.
