I have been taking my family to the Big Apple since 2004. Itâs always been amazing. But the Chef salads lettuce on Valentineâs Day was gross. Iâve never left any of it, whether I ate it all or took half home. But my husbands omelette and pancakes were amazing. I had a bite. The service is always exceptional. Just one bad time in 15 years.

Had a meeting in the area so needed a place for a quick bite. The entrance is deceiving. Looks small but actually can seat a bunch of people. We were seated immediately. After we went there, I heard there is quite the story about the owner and what he does for the community. Impressive! Opted for burgers but they had a great surf and turf that night. Bun was a little squished but it was excellent. The meat was very good. French fries and onion rings very good too. Liked that they offered a variety of dipping sauce. Seems like they serve breakfast all day. Might go there again to try it out.

The food wasn't sensational, but it wasn't ruined either. The service wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad either. It really was just fine. It did the trick. We were fed and on our way without any issues or problems. We just weren't blown away by anything either.

It seems silly to review a Denny's but the staff at the particular location go above and beyond basic service. We were a military family moving to the Bremerton area after being overseas for years and the hospitality we received here was such a comfort. The food is good, always hot and usually out pretty quickly. If you're on the road, there is a Super 8 directly behind the restaurant. Give it a try.

This place is located where Pat's Restaurant & Bakery used to be for 29 years until they closed in 2010. I was a frequent customer over the years, so I was happy when Andy & Cindy's Diner & Bakery opened here in 2011. They decided to change the name from A&C Diner so that they wouldn't be confused with the A&C Tavern in town.Although they are going for a vintage car-themed décor, it still feels like Pat's to me... more homey and inhabited mostly by the senior generation that obviously feel comfortable in these surroundings. They serve a good breakfast and have fresh, homemade pastries and desserts. They also do a variety of hot or cold sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads and baskets at very reasonable prices. I like their Club sandwich! It's just good, solid comfort food cooked and served by super nice people.
