Went to Russell's for brunch on Sunday. The place was somewhat crowded, but only had to wait a half-hour. I had biscuits and gravy, and so did my daughter. Sausage gravy was just spicy enough, biscuits were fluffy and delicious, with a nice runny yolk egg on top. My daughter and I both loved it. My wife had an egg sandwich, she said it was very good.My daughter's friend had flatbread, and it was excellent too. All waitstaff were friendly and professional.We all shared a huge cinnamon roll as an appetizer. Also excellent.Definitely recommend this restaurant.

When you begin to consider a grocery store deli sub (or worse) for lunch, kick yourself and head for Gioia's! The quality comes through in every bite and you will remember why you have taste buds. Outdoor seating great for dog lovers!

Just the best subs in St. Louis are offered here. The service is quick, and the sandwiches are so delicious, especially the Mom's Special. The tuna salad is great, too.

I was running between appointments and decided on an Amighetti's Special to go. This is the original deli sandwich in STL, however this particular location, while convenient, is not the original Amighetti's bakery which is down on The Hill. The menu at Amighetti's is surprisingly extensive, however it would be unusual for me to order anything other than the Special. There's nothing remarkable about this venue. It is simply functional. There are a number of tables but I would suggest that a high percentage of the orders are carried out. The service was very good , recognizing that I was on the late side of the lunch hour.

Adorable cottage style coffee and tea hang out in the quaint historic district of Old Webster Groves. Cute outdoor garden. Under new ownership as of July 2017. They have pastries, soufflés, tamales, soups, sandwiches and occasional live music and they are working on getting their liquor license to serve wine, beer, mimosas and coffee drinks. Can't wait! Super friendly atmosphere. Very comfortable.
