Whenever I'm in the Ashland area, I stop here. They have coolers full of homemade salads, soups and pot pies. Specials are always hearty and varied, such as Mac n cheese or the Polish meatballs. I have never been disappointed. Homemade cakes, pies and cookies as well as local favorite flitch (potato candy).
Most Popular Chinese food in Ashland, Pennsylvania, United States
We had the thin "Sicilian" with fresh tomatoes & garlic and found it to be very tasty. Recommended!
Only ate there once, and that was enough for me. Although the food was okay, the whole atmosphere of the place leaves a lot to be desired. The cook and the waitresses had on dirty aprons and the place just didn't "feel" clean at all. I am sorry to say, I don't think I would ever go back, yep, I am sure I wouldn't.

FRESH, SIMPLE, DELICIOUS. Lunch - Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 PM BYOB Homemade soups, salads, and daily specials.Handcrafted sandwiches. House roasted local meats and local produce. Delicious breads, rolls, and desserts. Private parties for up to 30
We were in town for the day and certainly wanted to visit the #1 rated restaurant. Service was great but we were disappointed in the soup, chicken noodle, and the chili. We also had a grilled cheese that was good but not exceptional. The menu includes chili, soup and hot and cold sandwiches. There is outdoor seating and take out available.
Where to eat Pizza food in Ashland: The Best Restaurants and Bars
I absolutely love this place. Everything is good! So many different items to choose from. All authentic, all fresh. They have something like 40 homemade items. Smoke kielasy is the best around. Also love the cheesteaks. The owner is a big teddy bear! I will stop there every time I'm in town. Heck, I'll drive out of my way to eat there. True deli. Not a restaurant.
