Croatia makes quite a splash. With Grade 3 and 4 rafting and kayaking available on rivers that gush through lush forest, and sea kayaking on the coast, it's the perfect place to paddle. For a different pace, dive into the Adriatic's graveyard of vessels, clamber limestone cliffs or sail between 1200 islands.

Near National park Krka, below the Promina mountain, about 35 km from beautiful Adriatic sea, you can find a peace of dalmatian village, a hundred years old tradition and comfort of today. Agrotourism Duvančić includes vineyards, the winery, domestic animals, children's playground, a pool, a restaurant Pilip's Palace which offer domestic food and wine and the unique, authentic rooms in the wooden barrels – Grandpa Marko's Tavern. The authentic wooden barrels which were used for keeping wine a hundred years ago, now are the double rooms. Furniture is also authentic, mainly from the turn of the 19th to 20th century . For your comfort bathrooms are decorated modern and each room has air conditioning and LCD TV, and the entire building has free Wi-Fi. In front of the rooms (barrels) there is a pool.
Marko was absolutely amazing. This was such a unique stay and the food, wine, and hospitality were wonderful. We spent the night after spending a full day in Krka. The property was close to the falls and has a pool. You are also welcome to walk around Marko’s vineyards while drinking his wine. The wine barrels were much larger than expected. They all have their own a/c and a big comfortable bed. We stayed in a barrel previously used for “debit” wine which was sometimes used to pay taxes. Enjoy!

This is a real pearl. If you plan on visiting Plitvice you must stay here. The hostess is accommodating and orients you to your Plitvice experience. The inn is beautiful and cozy. The bathrooms are beautiful and she provides teas and coffee in your room in addition to a full breakfast. The kitchen is always available for coffee etc.

At first it is very good location in peaceful place. Rooms are old fashioned well equipped. It is easy to find and park as well. We were nice welcomed. We were enjoying the pool, food and drink. Fantastic "pršut" but not for sell. Our dinner was twice pršut and wine.

This was by far cleanest place we ever stayed in. The hostess was waiting for us, even though we came late at night. We stayed in a 2 room apartment with very comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Breakfast was amazing and delicious with home made jams, omelettes from fresh eggs, wonderful home baked cakes, just perfect.

Scala would like to welcome you to its brand new hostel which has been beautifully renovated from an old family home, built out of traditional materials over 130 years ago.
I've just stayed with Scala for my fourth trip, and yet again everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to secure a private room on this occasion, which was clean tidy and perfectly chilled from the heat. It had a private bathroom which was also maintained. Whilst not pictured they've added a covered pool seating area which is great for eating by the water in the shade. Superb stay, will be back again!
