We looked up this restaurant on TA and decided to pay it visit which was a stroll away from our hotel. The setting is essentially in a shopping centre which may put some people off but don't let that happen. The young lady serving us was very pleasant good at explaining the menu. The food served was simply excuisite and very good value for money. The restaurant is only open on two evenings per week so ensure that you get your dates in line with this.

This restaurant is attached to the Kyriad Prestige hotel (previous positive review).I visited the restaurant for an evening meal with my family and wasn't impressed.Firstly, the service was slow and below the standard I would expect. We had to wait over 15 minutes to be served and never received any bread or table water whilst others in the restaurant did.The food was generally admixture of either hot or cold buffets - each costing about â¬18. The cold buffet had some interesting looking seafood and veg but the plates were tiny. The hot buffet reminded me of school dinners. The dishes were self-service from big hot plates with over cooked steak and fatty lamb dishes. For â¬100 for four people this was really poor value and I felt ripped- off afterwards. Luckily the rest of the hotel went s long way to making up for it.

What a lovely, interesting, surprising meal...fantastic ingredients, expertly cooked.... well deserved first spot...highly recommend a visit..Had the six courses, with matched wine....well worth it..not to much food, not to little...my only suggestion is to keep the wine coming...making people wait with empty glasses...Thank you Carmen for your feedback, highly appreciated ! We're pleased to read that you enjoyed your experience at La Mutinerie. Concerning wine pairing, we understand your point of view, it's always a big deal to decide rather to fill your glass up with the wine that follows and matches the next meal when it is not ready to be served, because we're afraid you won't have any wine left to pair it with the meal... But we'll work on that for sure !Hope to welcome you again soon, Best regards,
