This place is amazing, nothing less! After having tried a lot of different places in Madrid, I keep coming back to Entre Santos because of their great cocktails, amazing food and great vibe. It's a small and popular place, but if you arrive before 9 you can get a table. Their tapas are modern and really delicious, and they have the nicest staff. You have to go!

Exquisite food accompanied by attentive service. Three different tasting menus with the option to include wine pairings. We had the Cebo menu and really enjoyed the variety of different and unusual local culinary delights, perfectly accompanied by different Spanish wines and sherry. Very close to the Plaza Mayor, this place will avoid you all the tourist traps of the area. A lot of finesse in this cuisine, definitely not a traditional Spanish cuisine but still building on its roots, the chef Matthias does a great job here! The wine list has some very nice and reasonably priced selections that will go along perfectly with the food - it really worked for us! We were a party of 6, everyone enjoyed their food.
