The Noray is the Restaurant of "Port Salin" hotel.We have been several times recently as we enjoy the fare very as well as the waterside location.In addition to the 'a la carte' menu they offer a very good value 'menu del dia' given the excellent quality of the food.The service is warm, friendly and efficient, we look forward to our next visit.

The owner served us and he has a great sense of humour and injected a comfortable feel and a great atmosphere. We ate kind of tapas style getting the platters to share and they were of a very high quality. We saw the other mains coming out and they looks fantastic as well. The portions are generous and the own knowledgeable about wine. Definitely worth a visit.

We were walking the streets of Cadaques looking for dinner, doing our best to avoid the row of obviously tourist places along the waterfront. When we finally stopped to look at Mos, the hostess came up to us, explained a bit about the restaurant, the menu and especially the new chef who had just come from Paris. With not to high expectations, we decided to stay for dinner.Out table on the outside patio was cosy and the entire restaurant had a good feel it it, like you're glad you're there. We ordered the menu of the day and were glad we did. Two of us ordered mussels, and each got a huge bowl that could have been a meal unto itself. They were steamed in a subtle wine sauce that added flavor, aroma and a perfect broth to dip the bread. Our entrees were equally good and the desserts all tasted homemade and delightful.Our takeaway, it was a wonderful restaurant, great food, service, atmosphere in a perfect location. Highly recommend it in a town that has a lot of choices.
