Ate here on Saturday, double date, had the tasting menu.Ate here again Thursday (today) off the a la carte. Both visits were amazing.A great deal of the food is grown on site, the menu is fantastically put together. Nice English white wine. Nice burgundy as well! Well worth a visit. New favourite restaurant alert!! X

We visited Number Five The Beach on August 14th for afternoon tea to celebrate my aunt's 88th birthday. Number Five The Beach absolutely did a fantastic tea, beautiful delicious sandwiches, fabulous cakes and scones that we out of this world. A delicious tea, with plenty to eat. The staff were wonderful, even though the restaurant was very busy.

We were given a private room and had a sit down Sunday dinner for 26. Everything was just utter perfection. The room, the ambience, the food and the amazing staff - faultless. All our guests were raving and a wonderful time was had by all.I can not recommend Symonds highly enough. We have just had lunch at Muino in Bristol. We had a delicious lunch. WeShared 5 tapas for £28 which we all felt was great value for money.First time theyâve done lunch as normally do brunch and dinner.Friendly staff, quick service.Definitely going back to try their bottomless brunch!

A great small venue - definately need to book! The menu covers flavour combinations I would not have considered and from a taste point absolutely work. Beautifully presented and very knowledgeable staff. It is all about sharing plates so ideal for a group of you to get together and enjoy a wise vareity of vegetarian and vegan food.
