..............they used some old beef which, most folks know, has that, what I call refrigerator taste, when itâs been around too long. I ordered their fried beef, house special. It battered, fried and served in a sweet, hot sauce with broccoli. The entire dose would have been excellent except for that beef. I also ordered an order of pork lo mein which was very good. My wife had grilled veggies with shrimp in a garlic sauce which she enjoyed. The meals come with an egg roll which, I believe, to be a purchased product, and is tasty with some garlic, but quite salty. The brown rice comes with the meal and is tasty. I did not care for the plastic plates and bowls either. The thin paper napkins were a nuisance, too. Now, for some additional bad news. They state no MSG, but more than make up,for it with the salt. After a couple of hours of eating I was at the water faucet drinking profusely for a substantial about of water. Would we return? Maybe.

We usually order take-out from Chen's. We live 1 mile way but by the time I call in an order and drive there, the order is often ready to go! The food is consistent - temperature hot, flavorful, and cooked just right. Our favorites are chicken lo mein and General Chao's chicken. We have never been disappointed.

You can chose from a nice tidy selection of meals and sides. The atmosphere is casual and homey. The place is very family friendly and they have special chopsticks to help you children to learn how to use them.

MCB opened its doors this summer for lunch and dinner. Typical Chinese menu, Great staff, fresh and neat eating area. There are economical and tasty meal packages that we liked and enjoyed. Our waitress was warm, friendly and helpful on our first visit. So for my wife and I we will continue to visit CMB. Good Chinese cuisine and affordable prices with a friendly wait staff, what's not to like?
Varied cafeteria style with a fair selection. Walnut shrimp and Beijing beef are good. Nice veggies. Clean and quick service. You bring your tray to a table.
