P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
We've come to really enjoy P.F. Chang's. The food is well-prepared, service is excellent, and we've never had to wait for a table more than 10-15 minutes. The only down point is the authenticity of their food. Chang's is a chain restaurant with dishes that please, but not what you would find at a REAL Chinese restaurant.

Nothing express about this panda! It took 30 minutes from the time we got in line at the drive-thru until we got our food. We wanted to add a soup and we were told they do not have the facilities to keep the soup warm so they don't serve any. The girl that took our order kept telling us to verify the order on the screen, but it was not appearing on the screen. Their system is not working properly. We ordered kung pao and walnut shrimp dinner bowls and two egg rolls, no drinks for about $16 dlls. It is more like a bowl of rice and a thin layer of chicken or shrimp. I do NOT recommend this place and will not go back. I have eaten at other Panda Express and I am familiar with them but this one was below my expectations. You are better off going to Dai Tung or Oriental Kitchen which are close by.

They serve authentic Chinese food. Good selections and good service. Tips for buffets: For lunch, don;t go there after 12:45. For dinner, go there before 7:30. If you go there too late, they stop bring out more food. You'll like this buffet. Good food, price is right.
