Extremely helpful staff, always book direct!

Unfortunately we booked our stay through a third party. On arrival we discovered that the entire booking had been messed around with misinformation and incorrect costs. The staff were so helpful and understanding and looked after us really well. The cabin, facilities and location were all fantastic, couldn't pick a better place to stay. Also, I'll know for next time - you don't get your Big 4 member discount if you don't book direct!!

Five nights stay in our caravan

Reviewed By Stay618189

My husband and I stayed with our dog. Amenities were clean. It was a short walk to the city centre to buy our food. There was a free dog bath there. The traffic was a bit noisy but being close to everything outweighs this fact. The bypass will divert the traffic in the future. The powered site had a concrete slab and it was close to the amenities block. There is a dump site for those who have their own toilet. The residents/tourists were quiet in the park. The city's pool is a short walk around the corner.

Rude management

Reviewed By natoates

There's no excuse for rudeness, which I experienced twice at the clog barn. I ordered a iced chocolate, I asked if it was possible to swap the cream for extra ice-cream. The girl serving said that was fine, but when I paid, I was charged a lot extra for the ice cream. The girl was very sorry, she said the manager made her do it. No-one thought to mention this to me, which was an issue when I had to pay. On a separate occasion, I sent an email with an enquiry. They never bothered to reply.

Banana Coast Caravan Park

Truly Disgusting. DON’T BOOK HERE

Reviewed By janbN6710YI

Where to begin! So old it should be bulldozed… Disgusting, tiny tiny cabins, horribly old furniture, omg…absolutely reeked of Detol to thebpoint where my eyes burned… except the bed linens, which stunk of dogs. Noisy! Give this dump a miss…even if it means sleeping in your car! Wish I had!
