A Slice of Heaven
Reviewed By CAtravelers49We've been coming here for years. The cabins are very clean and comfortable; everything is well-maintained on the property. The hosts—Chris and Doug—are welcoming and accommodating. Oh, and did I mention that the property is beautifully situated on the Poudre River? I’m giving it 5 starts, but if 10 starts were an option, that would be my choice!

Nice place to stay
Reviewed By JudyvanThe park is a little crowded, but it was doable. It is a mixture of various cabins to rent and RV sites. Some people park their RV's there year round and visit on weekends, etc. I especially like that they have a strong Verizon signal at the little general store and restaurant. We were close to the store and got it in our RV. We also like the restaurant and try to visit it even when we are camping elsewhere. They also had a very nice gas grill and shelter in the center of the park and we cooked our own meat.

Daughter's wedding Beautiful
Reviewed By Lisa WOur daughter rented the entire campground for her wedding in late September 2019. the scenery was incredible. We all stayed in cabins, a few stayed across the street in there campers. Overall this was a unexpected place for a wedding which turned out to be unforgettable.

Reviewed By huskerland1This place is beautiful with great onsite owners, I will go again hopefully next year. Rented a rustic cabin as I was there with my Grandson and wanted a rustic experience. Within a short drive there is great scenery and many fishing lakes and streams. The wildlife was fantastic!

Sportsman's Lodge offers vacation rental cabins and a grocery store in the remote section of the Poudre Canyon. One modern cabin and 11 semi-rustic housekeeping cabins are available. The small store offers groceries, gifts, fishing and camping supplies. Get your hunting and fishing licenses here too.

Reviewed By MomOfTwoWildBoysWe had an AMAZING time at this place. The prices were extremely fair. In fact, we rented out the entire camp and that was perfect for our family reunion. We had beautiful hikes and even a moose come visit!! Wonderful and so friendly!!
