We stopped here after a vsist to Rosedown on a Sunday afternoon. As restaurants in this area on a Sunday can be hard to find, we were happy to find it so close to the plantation. Service was fast and friendly. Outside service under the oak tree is available but no recommended in August. Our gluten free diner with dairy allergies was able to find dishes to suit them.

The new owners did wonders for “The Inn”. The parlor and dining areas are fabulously decorated in a eclectic shabby chic/antique blend. The new front landscaping and pool courtyard are both first class with significant attention to detail. The plans for the new bar look like it will be equally impressive. The two owners we super accommodating, engaging and openly sharing of their new plans. For lunch our entire family ordered the Plantation Breakfast of Scrambled Egg, flavorful cheese grits, homemade biscuits cooked on an waffle iron, thick cut bacon & hickory sausage. We all thoroughly enjoyed the meal, coffee, tea and mimosas! Very happy to have a wonderful “new” spot to enjoy.

Wood grilled with Pecan flavor. Southern Louisiana Cuisine done upscale and with care. It's good to see a high quality offering return to the Myrtles Plantation site. Service is beginning to find its stride. Wine list is adequate. Give them a try.
