On our way back to town from the Swallow Falls State Park, we found this place that seemed pretty full. I can see why. They have sandwiches, soup, and other lunch food. We had a BLT wrap and Maryland crab soup...really really good soup!Got two pies as well. These are huge so we could have shared. They are individual pies folded over into half-moon shape with flaky pastry and rich filling...we had apple and lemon. Both were good. Nice place for some fresh food near Deep Creek.

All we were looking for was good food and place to unwind after a long drive. Everything turned our perfect; pleasant atmosphere, friendly service and really great food. My wife had a Turkey cranwich, I had the roast beef panini sandwich with fresh tomato slice and provolone cheese. The bread in both cases was fresh and seemed home baked. We shared a bowl is special mushroom bisque soup. Our only problem was that the servings were very large. Next time we will order the "combo " 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup..Do yourself a favor by eating at the Cornish Cafe & Bistro. We will definitely go there again on a future visit to Oakland.

Home cooking just like Grandma's! Homemade desserts, fresh strawberry jam served and available to take home!
My husband and I decided to give Annie's a try because he searched for the best chili dog and this restaurant came up. We were promptly seated. Our orders were taken. My husband ordered the soup of the day, potato and cheese, and his chili dog. He was asked when he wanted the soup. He told the waitress before the main dishes. I ordered the fish sandwich. Our orders came out. The soup came out with the main dishes so he told the waitress he did not want it. He was not impressed with the chili dog. The roll was soggy and the chili had no beans and was a sweet chili. My fish sandwich was very good. The food was ok, but it is not a must for us to eat at again.
We stopped for dinner. On a hot day, it is difficult to find a place to eat with dogs. This place had outdoor seating, so the dogs could sit with us and we didn't have to worry about them in a hot car. There were picnic tables, and various other seats. There were games to play, checkers on the table, beanbag toss, etc. The menu included hot dogs, pizza, sandwiches, and ice cream. It was a nice stop, perfect for us.

Very nice staff, cozy setting, and good tea. Located downtown Keyser WV. Would like to see them expand the menu.
