Nice local restaurant right on the way to the rittner horn. In the evening pizza and dishes from the map. To lunch also menu for workers. In the summer you can also sit in the garden.

I have now had both lunch and dinner on several occasions at the Rittner Stube in Collalbo, and was served some of the best food in the region. Vicenzo's pizza is legendary in Ritten, and people actually come up from the City of Bolzano especially for it. I had some friends from the USA and New Zealand staying recently, and we had dinner at Rittner Stube. Two of us had the steak and I have to say it was one of the finest steaks I've ever had. Vicenzo and Patricia are obviously passionate about their cuisine and hospitality, and are friendly and helpful to their customers. I highly recommend spending an evening at this delightful restaurant. You won't regret it.

Faccio sempre in modo di arrivarci per pranzo e come oggi, mangiare all'aperto.Il posto è storico e merita una visita anche per la sua cucina tipicamente tirolese.Qualità ottima,porzioni abbondanti e gentilezza a profusione,Cosa chiedere di più?

Went there on a sunny Sunday afternoon three adults and a kid. Took them ages to clean up the table from previous guests, even longer to take our order and more time to serve us finally.Kind of ver unprofessional behaviour and attitude.If you can cope with such behaviour and attitude - nice place. Otherwise - why go there?

Worth a visit to relax with the views if nothing else. We stopped for lovely hot chocolate with cream, and apple strudel .... delicious and well recommended!

A beautiful new setting, both the internal spaces and the terrace overlooking the skyline, welcomes the guests. The architect did a perfect job. The management and the people understand how to provide a good service, adapting their approach to each table. The menu is a short one, as I expect in a quality restaurant, and mostly based on local products. Price to quality is competitive.
