Reviews on Cafe food in Kenmare, Province of Munster, Ireland. The “little nest” of Kenmare is part of the famed Ring of Kerry, making it a prime stop for a spot of lunch and a pint. But before you go on your merry way, check out the area’s Bronze Age stone circle, one of the largest in southwest Ireland. The peaceful glens and streams of Gleninchaquin make a wonderful backdrop for a picnic, which you can work off on a walk along the Kenmare section of the Beara Way.

Poffs is a family run Café serving Good quality Breakfast and Lunch. Our produce is locally sourced where possible. Recently awarded Best Café in Kerry 2016 by The Restaurant Association of Ireland. We re closed on Tuesdays.
Great locally sourced food, that was yummy AND beautiful. Prompt attention, fun conversation with the chef-owner. Casual & comfortable vibe. Will absolutely plan to come back on my next trip (and likely have breakfast there daily!).

Our Mollâs Gap location is a spectacular spot to stop and enjoy the scenery on a journey around the Ring of Kerry. Set high on a rocky ridge, our store overlooks mountains and lush countryside, with Irelandâs highest mountain, Carrauntoohill, to one side,
This cafe/restaurant /shop is at Moll's Gap, the highest point on the road from Killarney to Kenmare. There is ample parking and a good selection of everything touristy. The road is difficult. It is narrow and winds sharply and, as it is on the famous Ring of Kerry route, one must beware on oncoming coaches on their Ring of Kerry tour.Hi John, Thank you so much for visiting Avoca and for your kind review. We are delighted you enjoyed your experience and we hope you visit us again in future! Kind Regards, Avoca
