Top 5 Cafe food in Isle of Palms, South Carolina, United States

Reviews on Cafe food in Isle of Palms, South Carolina, United States. Bordered by pristine beaches and a network of marsh creeks, the barrier island of Isle of Palms has been a vacation spot since the late 19th century when it was only accessible by ferry. In 1929, a bridge was built, which opened up the island to more than just local residents. Today, it’s the island’s great fishing, beaches and golf that provide a few of the magnets for visitors. With a laid-back, easy going, resort lifestyle, the most popular fashion statement is flip-flops and a t-shirt. Isle of Palms is a great place to gear down from a hectic lifestyle. The magnificent stretch of beach on Isle of Palms is both photogenic and fun. Once you’ve done your obligatory sunbathing and beachcombing at the Isle of Palms County Park Beach, head to nearby Charleston, a 30-minute drive away, which has historic sites, landmarks, shopping districts, golf courses and family attractions like The South Carolina Aquarium and Fountain Walk, a new dining, entertainment and shopping complex nearby. For golfers, the Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms features two 18-hole courses designed by Tom Fazio and there are several more excellent layouts on the mainland, including Patriots Point and Charleston National Country Club.

We love this place. The food and service were the best we've had in a long time. So fresh and tasty. Shrimp Taco appetizer was a full meal. And Delicious! The rice bowls have great flavors. Our waitress was great and she helped us find local ice cream (even though we really liked what the desserts on the menu were). We only regret we didn't stop here sooner, so that we could have dined her more! Thanks for sharing your experience with us! We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed the food and service. We hope to see you in next time you're visiting the area. Thanks again!

OMG if you are reading this, you have to give them a chance. Parking is limited but totally worth finding something and even having to walk a little. Get the pimento cheese, you won't be disappointed! We also got an Italian panini and a cup of she crab soup w a house salad. Service was so genuine and the eclectic style and atmosphere made the afternoon delightful! Would come back time and time again to this little gem!

Good service and good food. Cafe is located inside the market. The shrimp basket & buffalo chicken mac & cheese were really good. Shrimp were perfectly cooked, the house made cocktail sauce was great and the fries & coleslaw good. Large portion of Mac & cheese served with a big piece of corn bread. Beware the actual menu did not have all the selections shown on the website menu.

Great coffee, wonderful sandwiches and an array of fun local items. Please staff and parking in a town that doesn't offer much of that convenience.
