Reviews on Cafe food in Bosa, Province of Oristano, Italy. Bosa is a town and comune in the province of Oristano (until May 2005 it was in the province of Nuoro), part of the Sardinia region of Italy. Bosa is situated about two-thirds of the way up the west coast of Sardinia, on a small hill, about 3 kilometres (2 miles) inland on the north bank of the Temo River. The town has maintained a population of around 8,000 people for a significant amount of time, but has an urban character that has differentiated it from other locations in Sardinia. Agriculture and fishing play an important part in the city economy, thanks to the river valley near the coast surrounded by hills and highland plateaus.

Breakfast, lunch, evening snack? Whatever, I highly recommend this place to eat and/or just drink in the evening.Fantastic selection of wines, pastries, cheeses, meats and of course, fine coffee. The meats and cheeses are freshly chilled and laid out for you to select sandwiches of your choice, made with delightfully fresh breads.Enjoy this laid back experience.

Most Popular Southern-Italian food in Bosa, Province of Oristano, Italy
After going to an evening concert we went to Caffe del Teatro for a light supper. The idea of crepes seemed about right and 4,50 seemed a good price. We asked for two glasses of white wine, and although nice they were very mean glasses, half what you would get elsewhere. When the crepes came they were good, seemed freshly made and the filling was nice. The glass of wine was so mean I asked for another, and a bottle of water. When the bill came we were surprised it came to about 30 euro. They charged 3 euro each cover charge, 3 euro each glass of wine, and 1,80 for a small bottle of water. So although the crepes were good and inexpensive, the rest was not. A pity I would like to have recommended it, but cannot. :-(

Bar resturant pizza.
Went there for luch due to great reviews. They did not serve pizza for lunch - a big dissapointment. We ordered two regular hamburgers consisting of a way too big bun (i think made of white pizza dough - no brioche there) a prefabricated horrible beef and then tomato and cheese. Nothing else. The fries were standart. This was dissapointing and to us it seemed more as a bar serving food with no heart. The staff was nice and welcoming!
