Visited for lunch. They cater for vegans which weâve found to be unusual in Germany. Friendly service from the owner. Paniniâs & pasta were delicious. Would definitely recommend. This coffee house is a small jewel in Bad Münstereifel. The people are friendly, they serve self-made super-tasting cakes and cookies, brew nice coffees, give you ice-creams and serve this all in a lovely & homely atmosphere!

We were on a short tour of Bad Münstereifel and, given inclement weather, we parked the car nearby and dashed into the Zwentibold. You order your food and drinks at the counter manned by cheerful, no nonsense ladies and they bring it to your table. The place is also found within the building of a home for senior citizens and invalided people and the atmosphere was rather institutional in that respect. Anyway our hot chocolate drinks and associated large slices of cakes arrived and we took our time to work through them as we waited for the weather to clear.This establishment is only a stone's throw away from the shops which was just as well as the weather never did improve that much.

Eigentlich sieht es ganz süss aus, wenn nicht die Servicequalität so grottig wäre: ein leeres Café, ein einzelner Wanderer. Nach kurzer Zeit wird der Wanderer umgesetzt, kein Grund zu erkennen. Stattdessen ein dümmliches Gespräch über BWL. Dummer Weise ist die Wanderin BWL Professorin, aber die GF spürt nichts. Schmerzhaft.
