Interested to see how we brew our award winning beers? Intrigued to see how we maintain Pure Quality in every beer? Or curious to find out how we how have created a successful, eco friendly and energy efficient brewery? Why don’t you join us on one of our popular and award winning brewery tours. We run 2 types of tour at the brewery – Saturday tours and weeknight private tours. Every Saturday at 10.30am and 2pm we take a guided tour of the brewery followed by a tasting session in the beautiful oak-beamed visitor centre. You’ll hear all about the origins of the company and discover the brewing passion that goes into perfecting every pint of Purity. Perfect for individuals, couples and smaller groups. On the weeknight evening tours we can host private groups of between 10 and 20 people on an exclusive experience. You will hear the Purity story over a pint of our award winning ales in the visitor centre. We will talk to you about Paul and Jim’s founding principles for Purity, offer a brief discussion of brewing history and take you a private tour of our state of the art brewhouse and wetland system* to see just how far we’ve come. The evening is then topped off in the form of a farm cooked Longhorn Beef Stew or Chilli matched to our beers to round off the night. With meat from a heritage herd that’s raised on our farm you won’t find a more ‘grain to glass’ or ‘field to fork’ experience. These private group tours are perfect for clubs, sports teams or corporate looking for something extra special and fun. Plus the brewery shop will be well stocked with Purity beers and speciality ales for you to take home at the end and continue the journey.
What an excellent tour led by John from Purity's Front of House Team! The event began with a warm welcome in the bar and an interesting history of Purity and what they are about. As we walked around, John explained things in a really engaging manner with lots of humour and relevant anecdotes and he welcomed our spontaneous questions. The tour ended back at the bar with a chance to sample further excellent beers from Purity's range. Thank you for an excellent visit! We thought it would be good; it was even better than anticipated. It was superb!

Church End Brewery commenced trading in August 1994 at Shustoke. They then moved to their current location in Ridge Lane during the summer of 2001. They have now been brewing for over twenty years and have numerous awards for heir cask ales. The bar itself opened in the early 2000's and currently can seat around 150 guests over two rooms, there is also a large meadow style garden and fully heated marquee.
