Basic hotel
Reviewed By HaaienvoerThe good of the hotel is the location, close to the airport, port and walking distance to the mangrove forest. Furthermore, free shuttles are provided. Breakfast is basic, but free On the other hand, the hotel is quite basic (toilet gets wet during a shower), power plugs are not logic (a table with kettle is in the room, but only a bedside powerplug) and while we there, the internet was not working. Mosques are close, so you’ll receive a free really early morning wake up call.

Reviewed By AnnasPahleviDirected to this hotel as I had booked Milia Hotel via a travel app but unfortunately the room i supposed to was taken. Very old hotel building, lift only support up to 4 people. Got a deluxe room. When entering the room, smell of cigars were everywhere. Amenities only prepared for 1 people. Toilet door knob was broken and no sign of fixing, instead they use an optional lock. No AC remote. Furnitures were old and not proper for long time stay.

Reviewed By bayusafetySalah satu hotel dekat dengan pelabuhan tengkayu. Check in tanpa booking (go show) dan mendapatkan rate yang sangat rendah dibanding publish rate maupun online travel rate. Kamar diluar dugaan dimana sangat luas dan masih dapat dikatakan hotel bintang 2 (diatas yang di claim yaitu bintang 1). ac dingin dan tv tabung tersedia. Jika disebut Classic sangatlah tepat dan saya suka itu. View window dapat dikatakan ok dan window pun dapat dibuka (ok). Kamar mandi cukup baik, shower air panas tersedia, bersih, dan amenities lengkap. Breakfast tempatnya bersih dan elegant, menu sederhana dengan rasa ya begitulah. Hotel dilengkapi lift. Hotel juga membantu untuk penyediaan mobil utk perjalanan. Overall hotel harmonis classic sangat nyaman dan reccomended.

Reviewed By BombasticBorneoGreat location, walking distance to Mangrove and Proboscis Monkey Conservation, round house, shopping plaza & many food stalls. The room is clean with WIFI. The only drawback is the staff lack of informative info. As next day we were planning to go to Tawau via boat. We asked staff info on boat scheduled, price, tel no.. They seems know nothing, not even tel no of the company! And also we asked them where is the money changer (as this hotel didnt have this service), they did give us the direction but they didnt inform us that money changer closed on Sunday (so happend we were there on sunday). We walked for more than 1/2 hour, all money changers closed and finally found Atia Neo Hotel where the staff willing to change money for us.
