A huge place that feels very formal and a bit intimidating (there weren't very many customers the night we were there for dinner). The food was plentiful and delicious, especially the pasta and meat dishes. The waiters were very attentive and professional. Be sure you are hungry when you go.

Era da tanto che volevo venire in questo ristorante e sono venuto in occasione di un pranzo di anniversario...ristorante con cucina a vista...e che vista dei prodotti! A partire dallâentree, passando dallâantipasto di salumi e treccia, candele all genovese squisite grazie forse allâaggiunta di besciamelle, ottima guancia per seconda e gelato con frutta. Anche la torta fatta da loro per questo anniversario non era male, forse stata in cottura 5 minuti in più. Sul conto non posso esprimermi, ma per il resto è il top.

Visited this restaurant in the lovely town of Paestum, specifically for steak. My son wanted Kobi beef. Delightful restaurant, attentive staff and good service. As to be expected extension choice of beef at a wide variety of prices. Good wine list with plenty of choice at reasonable prices. I went here for lunch one day and returned the following day because it was so good! I'm a vegetarian who doesn't speak Italian. The staff helped me with what little English they knew and were able to bring me a meal that was vegetarian. Everything was delicious! Definitely freshly made pasta. The tiramisu is probably the best tiramisu I've ever tasted- it is actually what made me go out of my way to get back to this place. It's an absolute must here!We are so thankful about your words.We want you back here, with a little bit more English and more vegetarian dishes.Hope to see you soon!!!Sofia

This is a small restaurant in an out of the way place near Paestum, Italy in Salerno Province. It is completely family owned and operated. Several generations of the family were sitting at a table in the front room as we came in. We were treated very kindly by everyone. The food was wonderful. The antipasta was generous and delicious. It was artichoke season in Italy and there were artichokes prepared 2 ways. Yum. There was grilled eggplant and an eggplant spread served warm on big slices of bread. There were grilled red peppers and several different kinds of cheeses including great buffalo milk mozzerella and a goat's milk cheese both locally made. An amazing selection of charcuterie rounded out the platter. I could not stop eating the salami, it was really good. I had pasta pomodora. It was perfect. The pomodora was delicately seasoned and the pasta was perfectly cooked. It was such a huge huge portion that I could hardly make a dent in it. Another member of our party had pasta carbonara and it was also wonderful. We were a little disappointed in the wine, but perhaps we ordered incorrectly. This restaurant is worth the extra effort to find it.
