Iâve been going to Shortyâs for a long time and the food is always good! I know it sounds crazy but I always get the chicken tenders. They are hot, fresh, and just all around good. I love the Texas toast, French fries, and baked beans. At the end of your meal they bring a little cup with warm water to wash your hands. It seems small but itâs my favorite part of the meal!

I wrote a review last July and gave them a great rating. So for my second visit I ordered the baby back ribs. Of all the BBQ restaurants I have ever had the pleasure to dine in, this is first one that oven cooked their ribs and did not smoke them. The quality you get is what you would expect from non bbq restaurant that served ribs. Very disappointing. The Baked Beans and coleslaw had more sugar in them than my sweet tea. If your going to advertise as a BBQ restaurant then you should be a BBQ restaurant and smoke your ribs. At the very least let your customers know they are oven cooked. Really like that they chop the pork instead of pulling, my sandwich was stuffed and very tender, they make their own BBQ sauce, also excellent. Closed on Sundays and they only accept cash

I love baby back ribs and at the Mission BBQ Weston they are great, tender, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Portion is large and with the sides I barely could finished it. Went at the end of our evening for a night cap. Place was busy on the weekend, but we were able to find a spot at the bar. The staff were attentive, pleasant. Great that they were willing to change the channels at the bar for us to watch college football games.
