Thought we would try the other Cambridge SmokeWorks. Had the buggy which we had to leave near front door. Luckily itâs a travel one and folds easily but would have been more of an issue if bigger or needed toddler to stay in it as asleep as you canât take into main part of restaurant. Definitely not wheelchair accessible. Much smaller than the Station Road one, limited seating which was uncomfortable - wooden benches with no backs and very close to the people behind us as I kept accidentally elbowing the poor bloke behind me in the back (probably better that than the toddler stab him in the back with a fork!) We had nachos to start followed by pulled pork bap for one of us and hotdog for the other. Nachos were really disappointing; dry, tasteless and really overpriced. Main meals were lovely, if a bit light on the pulled pork in the bap, but were filling and tasty. Finished off with a thick salted caramel shake again - lovely!Lady who served us was knowledgable and friendly, bringing colouring and spoons for the toddler as requested. Hey sambolinaaaThanks for coming to visit with us and I'm happy you enjoyed your mains too. It's surprising to hear you didn't enjoy our nachos as they're one of our most popular pistarters, however if I was made aware at the time I would of made sure to adjust them to your liking. Our tables are static in the restaurant upstairs and we usually have space for buggy's at the front of the restaurant, although if they are being used there's never a long wait for tables as we have a Tap bar next door to have a drink while you're waiting. Chose this place as had a dairy free menu and a good mix of food. All food was delicious inc the Szechuan Spiced Pork Belly pictured. Service was excellent, they have a call button feature, but they were attentive so didnât need it.Only negative is the lack of dairy free deserts on otherwise such a excellent and well catered menu. The SmoÌkevurks beer was a very gd pint Hi djas2000I am really pleased to hear that you had a great meal with us here at Millworks. On a really busy night, we had a terrific time thanks to Anya, Mario, and Lizzie who in spite of being rushed off their feet still served us with their usual enthusiasm and smiles. The food was, as always, excellent! Particularly the pulled beef bun. The perfect way to get over a trick start to the week.Hey SteppenLuce, lovely to hear such terrific feedback for the whole team that were working the evening. I know the shift in question and they certainly pulled out all the stops between them! Love that you're a returning customer who enjoys the food so much, we look forward to your next visit.

Held a pre-conference dinner here and was suitably impressed. The multi course presentation offered a grand selection of dishes and a cosy environment. My favourite was most definitely the lambs liver kebabs which were out of this world - tender and delicate nicely flavoured. Having said that, I enjoyed every single dish I was served. Ambiance was good, albeit the restaurant gets very hot with the open grill in the restaurant itself. Excellent evening with excellent food - thanks for your attentive expertise.

Went to this restaurant on recommendation from a friend. Didnât know what to expect! It was a warm, lively place full of people enjoying themselves and the environment. Excellent food, really tasty and enjoyed the experience! Will definitely go back again soon!
