So, this is not the kind of dark, smoky dive like in the movie "Road House". It's bright, it's clean, it has amazing food (pimento cheese fritters = fried pimento cheese, how decadently Southern is that??), and it has live music on Fridays and Saturdays. The smoked gouda mac and cheese and cavatappi pasta with chicken are excellent. Dessert portions are very generously sized (although the vanilla cake and the cannoli cake had exactly the same cake base, just with different frosting). Service was prompt and friendly, prices were reasonable. Never did find the general store, but maybe we'll look for it the next time we come -- and there will definitely be a next time.

Three of us guys headed to dinner last week and ended up here. Cayla was an exceptional server. Her great sense of humor, and relaxed while totally professional demeanor really impressed us. We ordered food and beers from her recommendations and were not disappointed even once. Nothing we had was less than delicious. The portions were great. The atmosphere in the dining area was fairly informal if a bit loud, though not to the point it interfered with conversation or our enjoyment. This is a great place for friends and family. Overall a great place!

Great place to drop in for a beverage and appetizer. Don't expect much in the way of table service and expect the bartender to be distracted by those at the bar. Otherwise, pretty cool local venue with a patio for overflow and good weather. Parking accessible too.

Having heard good things about this farm-to-table restaurant, we decided to take a friend for lunch. However, the sandwiches we ordered were unimaginative and basically fell apart in our hands as we tried to eat them. While we appreciated the venue in an old mill building and the farm fresh ingredients, more attention needs to be paid to assembly and presentation.
