The total area is 31.14 km² which gives a population density of 349 inhabitants per km².

We visited this place for a family dinner, six of us on a Wednesday evening when it was pretty quiet.We had a good, professional and attentive service in a relaxing environment.The burgers are huge and tasty, for a few euros extra served with chips and salad.Not cheap but reasonable value for money in the heart of Leuven.Give it a go....Great service Huis Der Burger team!ThanksMiki

Restaurant is big, and fuly packed. Downstairs seating near playground, upstairs (terrace) seating was more quiet.close to the lake "zoete waters"Multiple restaurants nearby , we choose this one because there were lots of people, and it got rather good reviews here.service : friendly , but understaffed, so it became a mess, with lots of stressed people around us. We got an entree after 30 minutes, which is good, but we hadn't received any drinks yet... so we had to wait without anything on the table.White wine arrived... warm... we had to ask for ice ourselves. I must say the staff stayed friendly and professional and tried hard to cope with the situation...entree was ok, tastefull, food preparation can improve thoughmains : steak (filet pure) asked Blue... received ... a point... now that s a big difference...meat quality was good though , salad with goat cheese... cheese was undercooked, and not really warm... so where the cooking of the entree was just ok, the mains were a disaster... with a waiter running around trying to cope, unreachable to complain to...the presentations of the dishes were nice, portions were big, but preparation was nightmare...so overall (maybe because of circumstances), not happy with the food preparation, so no value for money...

I went to this place with a group of friend and ordered chicken and ribs which was not a big enough portion for the price I paid (additionally paid 3.50 euros extra for fries which was a sad-size portion too). My fried ordered the mixed bbq plate and this was an even bigger disappointment. He paid a whopping 32 euros for a plate of 1 chicken leg, small-portion of pulled pork, 1 sausage and 1 small chicken leg. It was such a shame. The taste didn't compensate either for the price asked for the food. we felt cheated. We arrived within 2h after opening time and they were already out of all homemade juices (5 varieties) which I think is lazy from the side of the management. Desserts didn't save any of the bad impressions, with a carrot cake slice of a size worth no more than 3 euros (I paid 6.50 euros)!!!!! Food tasted average and I can safely say that other bbq places in Leuven do way better than "Sticky fingers". I will never visit here again or recommend to anybody ever.

I went here a few days with my husband, for dinner. Very friendly staff and the food was also very good. The only thing was that the drinks service was slow, we ended up getting our drinks at the same time as the food. Also, the waiters took a bit too long time to get our orders.

A large restaurant on food street in the center of Leuven. The Belgian stew was delicious and you could choose a side. They had a nice beer selection and also serve their own beers. Service was average and they had English menus if you ask.
