The Tourist Information office advised this bar as one to watch the football. We arrived mid-afternoon to find the kitchen closed. Staff were great and suggested some snacks to have with our beers - cubes of cheese, chorizo and olives. Barman also suggested a beer for me to try when I was undecided. He suggested the Cuvee des Trolls, which was a good choice.Good choice of beers and cocktails - some special ones for the World Cup in the colours of the Belgium flag.We say outside as the weather was so good, but there is plenty of shade as well as sunny spots. Good TV screens outside. The place got busier and the locals were so friendly. We stayed into the evening and ordered food. DH had a small burger with fries, which weren't fries but more like wedges. I had goats cheese salad, but when it arrived it had bacon on and I am vegetarian!! The staff were very apologetic, although I should have checked it was veggie and immediately provided a veggie version. Table service is available outside, which is probably quicker and easier than going to the bar when it's busy. All in all a great evening, with great friendly staff. Would recommend

Had a tapas-style entree with hams and chorizo - was almost a main-course in and of itself?! :-) Followed by a lovely risotto milanese, went down a treat. Accompanied by a Tanqueray Gin & Tonic from their Gin & Tonic menu (yes! - finally!).Went for business-dinner with a colleague, would recommend and use again.

Visited for the first time last week, had a pleasant experience but nothing outstanding. Great range of Belgian Beers, which is pretty par for the course for the area. Went for the 300g Steak, which you cook yourself. Myself I tend to avoid steak in restaurants as they don't add flavouring for cooking and this place was no exception, although the experience was enjoyable. The chips and salad were both pretty standard and the price reasonable for the area.
