We were hungry and had no idea where to go. The front desk receptionist at our hotel suggested Copper Creek. The honey Chipotle wings were flavorful and crispy with just a small amount of heat. The burgers were charred and juicy. Good onion rings also. I loved the fried zucchini. I ate all of the order before chowing down on my burger. We had the Avalanche beer. It's an Amber beer which we wanted. Very good choice. Our server was attentive and friendly. We'd definitely return if in the area and recommend you go give them a try.

We recently stopped by Chili's in WVC on a Friday night, which is typically a busy time for all Salt Lake area restaurants. The wait was a reasonable 10 minutes, although we arrived just before a surge of diners. We opted for the 2 for $20 dinners, which feature 5 appetizers and 11 entrees. Our appetizer was Spicy Panko Onion Rings (Reg. $5.69) which were hot, crunchy, and not overly salted. Entrée choices were a delicious Mango Chili Chicken (Reg. $10.19) with rice and broccoli, and the Combination (carnitas & grilled chicken) Fajitas (Reg. $12.49) which was served sizzling hot and generated a face full of steam when placed on the table. The fajitas were served with onions/peppers, 3 tortillas, and a dollop each of sour cream, guacamole, pico, and shredded cheese. After 3 filled tortillas, there was plenty left on the platter for 1-2 more tortillas. Our server, Heidi, was prompt and efficient, despite it being a busy night. A "Ziosk" on each table allows the convenience of paying the bill (along with the ability to play games for $.99) without having to wait. However, the Ziosk ran out of paper as the receipt was being printed, and began to flash. Heidi quickly replaced the paper and we were on our way. Overall a good option and good food.

This place definitely needs new management. Our food took over 35 minutes with a fairly empty restaurant. The cheese curds were soggy, the burger way over cooked, and buffalo chips were cold. When I told the server she said she would let the manager know. The manager never stopped by and nothing was compensated or fixed. I felt bad for our server. Both the kitchen and manager made her look bad. This will be the last time I attempt to eat at this location.
Our NY strip steak was excellent. Although the place was fairly busy we were quickly and pleasantly attended to by the very nice waitress who took our food and drink order. The steaks came out quickly, cooked to the exact doness that we had asked. I ordered vegetables with mine and those were also perfect; mostly thinly sliced zucchini and squash with some sweet peppers and carrots, lightly sautéed and neither mushy or too hard. Would go back again if staying in the area again
