We were staying at the Five Seas hotel and found this place by accident. We stopped for cocktails one afternoon to sit in the sun and went back several times for more well-made cocktails and great coffee. One night when everything was closed I asked for a mozzarella salad after they had closed the kitchen and she even obliged for which I was so grateful. It was way better than we get back home with colourful tomatoes and plenty of mozzarella.The whole place was very well kept and exceptionally clean.Good afternoon AMBRO2014,Thanks for the good comment, it's always a pleasure to have satisfied customers. I have eaten here for many years. The food is excellent. The portions abundant. The service good. The hamburgers and Canard difficult to match in any country. Prices are extraordinary value which is why most days you will be lucky to get a table. The chef is gifted and on Saturdays he often does something special. I had the bouillabaisse. As we were both tired and hungry, we called for lunch at this restaurant not knowing what to expect of a 3 course meal for only 14.90 Euros. We were pleasantly surprised. We had creamed mushrooms on garlic toast, followed by chicken in a tarragon sauce with veg and chips. We chose a very pleasant tiramisu for dessert and enjoyed each course. Service was slick and the restaurant was clean and well run. Drinks are also inexpensive. A good choice for a cheap and cheerful meal.

Nice bistro thatâs located near to the promenade and the train station. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. They even showed Premier league football highlights on the TV. The food was very good. The famous Caesar salad was indeed very nice. All of the other dishes we ordered was also very tasty. The only disappointment we had was the steak. It was very hard. They used cheap meats. Otherwise it would be perfect. So my advice is to avoid the steaks.

This little restaurant is still very busy. So try to make a reservation or visit in right in time.What is the secret behind this success? Well, you will find a family run restaurant. The prices - for Cannes - are cheap.The meals are home made. The service is friendly and fast. That's it! Not more! The meal of the day will be charged with 12,00 â¬.A drink ( Pastis) will be charged with 2,50 â¬.There was only one sort of simple white wine available.We ordered one bottle offered at a price of 19,00 â¬.The taste was simple and not more than very average.You will not find nouvelle cousine here.The ambiance and interior design is very simple as well.My subjective rating:Service: 3 pointsPrice and value for money: 3 pointsQuality and preparation of meals: 3 pointsWine offers: 1 point
