We 4 tired and hungry cyclists ate here and really enjoyed the food and service. We had the Dover Sole, seafood pie and chicken, all tasty beyond expectation. The owner even drove us back to our hotel after dinner. Wow. We are delighted that you enjoyed your visit to Strollers, happy cycling around Ireland

Great meals! A fair portion of delicious lamb rump, mash potatoes, and veggie purée for me, baked crab pasta for my wife. The seasonal veggies (carrots, parsnips, and onion) were a perfectly roasted al dente. Then we split a to-die-for âchocolate nemesisâ cake with vanilla ice cream. Service was attentive and efficient. When back to Ballybunion this will be a must-do for us again.

The restaurant is in the famous Ballybunion Golf Club. The reataurant is open to the public and serves a great dinner. Booking advisable at the weekends. Beautiful view of the sun setting in the evening over the sea.
After our husbands had the golf experience of a lifetime playing 18 holes on the Ballybunion course with the help of Johnny Joy their incredible caddy, we enjoyed a lovely lunch in the clubhouse. Friendly attentive staff, delicious food and an incredible view of the 18th hole all added to this wonderful experience. Thank you Ballybunion for making 2 Canadian golfers enjoy the game of their life. Your golf club covers and flags will be proudly displayed in their golf bags for many years to come.

We ate at the Cliff House Restaurant twice in one week as we were vacationing in Ballybunion. The food was amazing but what also brought us back for the second night was the waitress, Olya? (spelling) She was very friendly and efficient and even gave us a hug goodbye when she found out our vacation was ending and we were returning to Canada. I would highly recommend the Cliff House restaurant for all ages!

Ate there with my son a few weeks ago during a golf trip to the "Emerald Isle" except for the fairways of Ballybunion! As I said in the title, 5 items were very good and one was average at best. We both ordered a bowl of soup which was very good and ended with Sticky Toffee Pudding which was also very good. My son enjoyed his entrée of lamb shank and my chicken fettuccine alfredo was overcook and bland.I would have given a VG-, but they don't offer that.
