We had a table booked from 8.00pm, at 6.15pm the restaurant rang to say they were running late and the table would not be until 08.30pm, upon arrival we were asked to wait downstairs as the table wasnt ready, the place was packed, A lot more tables than there should of been, maybe this is why we had to wait, then the lady came to us with menus to pre-order so that when the table was ready our order was already in, at 08.45pm we got our table and starters arrived, then we sat an waited and waited for the mains, after chasing the staff and manager and pointing out that other tables had been served before us, she said that she would look at offering us a discount on the final bill, surely at this point the manager should of gone into the kitchen to ensure we were served everything that was ordered,we asked the staff again were our food was, then the mains arrived, no rice or nan breads, we chased again then one rice arrived, all this when the mains were going cold, chased again and then told the staff and manager to forget the other items, as our mains were cold, we had waiting far to long and treated poorly, and we were leaving, as we got up to leave the other rice and nans arrived, but we refused them, and left the restaurant, we received no appologies , before we got to the exit another member of the staff started shouting at us down the stairs, with the restaurant door open so that other diners could hear, saying not to ever come back to their restaurant, this was disgraceful, we feel we had been very patient and waited far behond what we should of, and treated terribly. To me the restaurant was overbooked and the staff couldnt keep up with the service

High class contemporary restaurant, bar and nightclub
The best food experience. I am constantly disappointed by the claims made by restaurants but not with Saffron. I have passed many times never thinking to turn in. Until last month my partner suggested that we turn into the car park. We opened the doors and wow we were greeted by a decor modern, colourful and beautiful and the staff greeting was so friendly. As for the early bird menu we could not believe the choice and value for money it was amazing. And the food the best Indian food I have ever experienced. Thank you Saffron you have made myself and my partner happy eaters again.
