Would highly recommend this restaurant!! The staff are so friendly and welcoming the minute you walk in. The restaurant has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with nice views of the River Suir. The portions are plentiful and there is a wide variety of meals, my personal favourite is the Tandoori Butter Chicken, yum!!!! We have had reason recently to have a Takeaway. The food was nicely packaged and the flavours were very good. When collecting the food you can see right into the kitchen which is always very clean and the chefs are hygiene conscious down to wearing what look like surgical masks. Very impressive indeed.

I live very close to this restaurant and I've only dined in it once. I'd normally order a takeaway from here but this time I wanted to actually sit inside to see what it was like. I was not disappointed. Real food at affordable prices. The restaurant was cosy, welcoming, and warm. Staff were incredibly helpful and service was very quick. I ordered the Mexican Chicken, chips, and an extra helping of satay sauce on the side. It was very tasty. What I love about Kambo is that it is always consistent regarding customer service, the efficiency of service, quality of the food, and pricing. I went with my brother and a mutual friend. I will be going to this restaurant again in the future.

Stopped here for a nice Thai red curry after a meeting one night in Thurles. I'm sure the view would be lovely during the day as it overlooks the river, but it was pleasantly relaxed. The staff were very polite and helpful and I would go back again
