Find out what Asian restaurants to try in St. Petersburg. The sun almost always shines on St. Petersburg, the "Sunshine City" that enjoys an average of 361 days of clear skies per year. Combine that with 244 miles of glimmering coastline along Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, Boca Ciega Bay and the intra coastal waterways and you have one hot beach destination. Catch the sun, surf and sand at Ft. De Soto Park, or take a hike up the 37-mile Pinellas Trail. Enjoy a Devil Rays game during baseball season or escape to the shady oasis of the Sunken Gardens.

Went with friends at 6pm Tuesday. Average service. Person actually delivering the food (different from the person taking order) was nice but seemed to be clueless as if he had never served in the restaurant before. The appetizers were a mixed bag. The spring rolls were excellent. The calamari was average but very small portions. The rest of the entrees were average at best. My sesame chicken seems to have no sesame in it as if the spices had been totally omitted. The iron pot was meh. My wife's Bun Cha was palatable but nothing special. The Seafood version of the Beef Noodle soup with sprouts was good.Prices were average. Probably will not return.

I'm working at being a tourist in my own town by trying new (and new to me) restaurants, museums, etc. This restaurant offered more than I expected from their website pictures. The outdoor patio dining was covered by a pergola, surrounded by bougainvillea bushes and French Street signs. There was a good amount of seating out there, which accommodated guests comfortably. The food is delicious! There is a variety of dishes from which to choose. I don't think you will go wrong on any dish!Parking is minimal. You may have to walk a block or two away from the restaurant, but it is well worth the walk.

We go to Hawkers a few times each year and try different dishes each time (except we always order Roti Canai). This time we ordered Korean Twice Fried Wings, #DimSumCrunchyBalls, Beef Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps, and Singapore Chilli Crab. All were very tasty. My favorites were the #DimSumCrunchyBalls and Beef Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps, but I would order all of these dishes again. Although it was a very busy time, the service was great, and the prices are very reasonable for the area.

Food adventure day for us. Tried Buya.....loved it!From the welcoming hostess to the very friendly and informative server, we felt very comfortable at Buya.I had the seafood Ramen, wife had the mushroom. Both delicious, large bowl but not too large. As we are not chopstick experts, we sheepishly asked for a fork and spoon, no problem! Highly recommend this great place in a cool neighborhood!

When visiting St. Petersburg I try to visit this restaurant for lunch. There are two lunch specials for $6.95 including a choice of 11 Thai dishes, with clear soup and a small spring roll. The other option is $8.95 for a choice of two sushi rolls from the list along with the soup and spring roll. The service is fast and friendly. The Thai dish was tasty and generous portion. Excellent price for lunch. Highly recommend spot to eat on Central Avenue with many boutique shops within walking distance.
