We ordered 7 items and they were equally nice - I had roast duck in pineapple, which was delicious. I also ordered beansprouts which was a generous portion (a tub-full). We also had prawn crackers which came with sweet and sour sauce, and spring rolls were good. We went into the take-away to order and the staff were friendly, and despite being a busy evening our food was ready in good time.

I had Pat Pak (£7) which was a vegetables only dish. It was quite tasty although I think sugar added. A little too much oil for me. Wrong total was attempted to be charged - I picked it up but please be vigilant if your order includes multiple items.

We had dinner at the Taj Mahal while visiting Penzance on Thursday 21 August 2019 The four women running the restaurant were friendly and efficient. The food was fabulous. All fresh cooked and with beautiful spices. The food was very reasonably priced as was the wine - no extravagant wine mark-ups here. I suggest you get there no later than 6.30pm as it gets busy. I cannot recommend it too highly.

Visited the restaurant looking for an authentic Indian menu. Looking online the menu has dishes that are not on your everyday menu along with the usual dishes.One word sums up the service and the food, AMAZING. Small enough to feel personal but big enough for larger parties.I genuinely hope this restaurant is supported by locals and holiday makers, the food is cooked and prepared with love.Thanks so much for your kind words we really do appreciate it.
