This was once my fav carry out place in the area. The interior has gotten a nice upgrade. Service was very good--and I saw lots of Chinese folks ordering from their authentic menu. That said, our lunch was very bland--from the tasteless egg rolls to the crab Rangoon that seemed to have no crab. The egg drop some had minimal eggs as well. Main dishes were bland as well. Nice comfortable dining area though.

Though not a true fusion restaurant, the Dragon Bowl bills itself as an Asian cuisine restaurant, though it has Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese & Korean dishes on the menu. The Dragon Bowl is located on the northeast corner of Hohman Ave. & Ridge Rd. in Munster. It shares a large parking lot. We were there for dinner and tried an order of Mongolian beef and some sushi. Everything tasted very good. The staff was efficient and the prices were reasonable.

Come by your local Noodles & Company at 9140 Calumet Ave., , Munster where its globally inspired dishes including noodles, soups and salads, come together to create a World Kitchen.
Typical food and service one expects from this chain. The time we went to eat was a tad busy and the hastily put together plates showed it. Definitely a good alternate to the burger chains.

Canton House is a great Chinese restaurant, one of the best in the area. The food selection is large. Their prices are reasonable. We dined on Beef Fried Rice, Moupo Tofu, and Canton Special House Lo Mein. We spent $26.20. There was enough left over for another day. Service is great and the people are friendly. There is no table service. But, your order and utensils will be brought to the table that you selected. If you're not able to dine in or stop by for pickup, Canton House also offers a delivery service. Iâm not a person who usually visits a restaurant to frequent the restroom and then bases their opinion on the cleanliness of the restroom. However, on this day I had to use the facilities. If restroom cleanliness is a major issue, it was clean and comfortable. Canton House is located in a strip plaza where there is plenty of off street parking spaces.

Been looking for a place nearby and this it IT!.. Great food, large portions, and reasonable prices. If you are looking for a take-out lunch or dinner, look no further. I am in Schererville and this place was worth the drive. Beef,Chicken and Veg meals are all very good. The Eggrolls are also top notch. This is a To-Go place ( only 2 tables ) not a sit-down restaurant.
