What a find. A truly fabulous Thai Restaurant. Tonight we were celebrating my husbandâs birthday and couldnât have chosen anywhere better. As we are holidaying in the area, this was a âpot luckâ choice (though we did check other Tripadvisor recommendations.A really friendly family run the hotel and restaurant, you are seated in the lounge to have a drink whilst your meal is cooked for you- you even get to decide how spicy you want it because every dish is cooked from scratch. The food was all delicious and beautifully presented, service was great-cheerful and attentive.Weâd highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for a delightful evening.

For a mid week evening there was a constant flow of diners and people collecting take-aways, many of whom were obviously regular clients. The service was efficient, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Our meals were served piping hot and were certainly very tasty and it was pleasing that the young chef, and possible owner, came out to ask how the meal was. Would recommend here to anyone wanting a Chinese in Honiton.

If you like your Chinese food Bland and Tasteless but Cheap, then Wing Hong Honiton is for you. On returning for another take-away we discovered that the business has changed hands. The food quality at Wing Hong has always been very hit and miss, and varied greatly from night to night. The prices appear to have remained the same, though some items are no longer available and the quality has plummeted. Located at 147, High Street, you can often park outside, and the Lace Walk Car-Park is a short walk away. Our Roast Pork Fried Rice and Chicken Chow Mein dishes were almost tasteless and contained only a tiny amount of meat. The flavourless red gunk they supplied masquerading as Sweet & Sour Sauce looked as though it probably glows in the dark, due to it containing every E-number ingredient known to man! We have suffered enough and will not be returning. All three Chinese Take-Aways in Honiton are now poor, its time to look further afield.
