Great Asian restaurant featuring cuisine from 5 countries.
Love the menu options here. It is broken down into 5 cuisines - Indian, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Thai. Each section has dish options from small to large with choices of fish meat and vegan. Friendly staff, nice decor and food presentation and satisfies cravings for food that is hard to find elsewhere in Haifa. There is free parking and a bus stop right outside. Will definitely be back.

UMA sushi bar in Zichron Yaacov located in the historic building of the Baron's stables. This is the place to come, relax, forget about issues of the day and devote themselves to alcohol and great quality sushi
You can't go wrong if you choose to go to Uma. Located in the historic center of Zichron Yaakov, the bar's ambience appeals to young and not-so-young alike. It is our "cheers"--but even more. The cocktails are great, the waitstaff is also eager to give you one on the house--and drink with you! And the sushi is definitely the best in town.

We were hungry after a day working without time for lunch and in the mood for some noodles. Friendly service; enough choice, not "fast food" but a better variant. Interesting if you accept that the main course came first as it was the easiest to prepare.Everything else basic but more then OK.

The name is that of a well known city, the northern capital of Thailand. The waitress assured us that there is a city in China also called Chiang Mai, and a quick trip to Wikipedia shows a Chengmai in China.Located in picturesque Zichron Ya'acov, the restaurant has apparently been there for many years. It is both clean and aesthetic. My "breakfast companion" and I were there for lunch. The restaurant itself is both clean and attractively decorated. Service is decent (although it must be noted that there was only one other table occupied while we were there), and our order was taken quickly. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The only problem is that the food wasn't very Chinese. Oh, yes, the dishes had names which made one think of Chinese food, but it was so attuned to the Ashkenazi Jewish palate, that its resemblence to Chinese food was, at best, coincidental. I am referring to the taste, including the spices used, and the quantity of spices used. Don't get me wrong, the food is tasty, but if you take what I ordered: the eggroll didn't have enough vegetables inside, the hot and spicy soup was thermally hot, but far from spicy, and the Sechuan beef was something like pot roast.Since this is apparently the only Oriental show in town, if you are in Zichron and have a yearning, you can stop in. Just don't expect too much.
