This was one of the first restaurants we went to when we moved here. It's reasonably priced and they give a good amount of food with each order! Service was quick. My ONLY complaint is that you have to order at the counter. Otherwise it's great Japanese food!!!

It's no exaggeration when I say that I've eaten here at least 100 times, probably more. The food is consistently good and they do a great job filling orders quickly. There was only one time when they got my order wrong, and they were very fast to correct it. They have lunch specials that include fried rice and an egg roll and also offer a few healthy options, although in my opinion those aren't very tasty. I'd say the quality of their offerings is equal to that in many Chinese restaurants in the NY area, even quite better than many. The one complaint about this restaurant is that they don't offer brown rice as an option.

The restaurant had fallen into disrepair, but is starting to look better. The food is carefully prepared, and tasty. I only get take out for now, but if they replace the carpet I would try eating in again. Worth the effort if take out is ok with you

Made a meal out of apps. Happy hour beer. We shared ribs, edamame, tempura veg and shrimp (2), and shrimp spring rolls. Andrew was our server, and was friendly, pleasant and efficient. He checked back with us often. We didn't leave hungry! Also, a favorite with the guys after golf.

When New Kobe first opened, we went quite a bit. They were close, the food was great and the Sushi bar guys recognized us. Then something happened, I don't know if the management changed, owner or what, but service went downhill along with the food. The sushi bar was taken out and that was it. We quit going. We went just this past Friday as a quick sushi bite to eat before the movies. Walked in, asked to sit at the bar. 2 young kids, sitting behind the bar, Teen Titans blaring on the TV and no drink service. We left after 10 min of no service. Like I said sad.
