We visit this restaurant every time we get to Bucerias, but this is the first time under the new owners. We were pleased to discover that they have not missed a beat; the food and service continue to be outstanding. Favorite of our group this year was the Thai yellow curry with chicken.

Chef Norman is a magician with Pho! We shared dinner at NâWok last night. A variety of Spring Rolls with peanut sauce were fresh and delicious. The pho was fabulous with fresh basil. The Passion Fruit Margaritas added a nice Mexican touch to this great Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Bucerias. Thanks . You touched my heart with this great comment, thisâs motivation for my staff.Chef Norman

Sushi Restaurant Bar. Sushi with a mexican twist in a relaxed atmosphere. Get a taste of Mexico try it!
I had my hopes up for this new place, but was sadly disappointed. They did a great job on atmosphere, although the highway nose is pretty loud. The music choices were odd and loud. The sushi I ordered was beautiful but boring. Their rice is not seasoned well and so the sushi was tasteless. Their options weren't exciting , everything came with cream cheese inside and there was no eel. Such a bummer for me. I wish they had more raw fish options. They brought out a soup, many beautifully julienned veggies, raw and cold. Then they poured hot broth on it at the table. So, the veggies were al dente, but the soup turned cold immediately. A great idea but not executed well. I am glad I tried it, my curiosity got the best of me!Hello! Thank you for your feedback! getting feedback from our customers is the only way to improve our service! Regarding your comments, our sushi is not a traditional japanesse sushi (you were told about this) in any way. Our sushi rice is well seasoned. If you dont want cream cheese you can just ask the waiter to have it removed before ordering. The soup veggies are not kept in the freezer or fridge (they are fresh) so they are not in any way cold so it is impossible for your soup to turn cold instantly because the soup is boiling. Our sushi is mexican sushi, we are slowly adding more traditional sushi rolls, raw options and meals, but that will come in our next menu around June!

We have dined at Matsuri several times in the past and every time the food is delicious and we have had good service. They serve alcohol and the beer has always been very cold. The quality is excellent, fresh ingredients are used. The restaurant has always been very clean and usually quite cool....The prices are very reasonable. You don't have to like sushi to dine here, as they also have other choices to suit almost anyone's tastes.
