Excellent cheap and cheerful food, in a great location. Quick Italian food served on throwaway dishes, a bit like street food in the centre of Ostuni. Great food and great service.

If you are looking for a change of pace in Puglia this little pub/restaurant was ideal. They technically open at 700pm (or when they are ready) and the place fills up by 900pm. Only ever saw locals here on my 2 visits. Sampled both their hamburger and pizza and both were excellent!The bar has a large sample of local beers on tap. Unfortunately I ended up sticking with the Blanche from Belgium as it was the best choice......The pub is located down a small street just below the from the main Piazza. Look for the sign out of the street corner advertising the nightly meal specials.Staff are friendly and helpful in sampling beer and in giving food suggestions.Thank you for all. Also, we renew the tap list always, you can find the best choice in a good italian or apulian craft beer. See you.

Beautifully remodeled former olive oil processing plant, the rounded white block walks and ceilings are surprisingly warm. Wait staff was attentive and made excellent recommendations.We enjoyed a slightly fruity and full bodied red from nearby Canosa, then a generous salad with a variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. I settled on a biting clear beauty made from (what else in southern Italy?) lemons, which paired well with the oil.My entree was the pacherri pasta with red tuna, tomatoes, capers, and sweet onions. I've not tasted a better dish in all of Italy. Tart tuna smoothed by a red sauce and the capers and sweet onions for a perfect combination of tastes. I didn't leave a bite on my plate.I also ordered a plate of sauted vegetables and hardly got any myself after offering a bite to my companions. Heavenly.I finished with the offered limoncello and a chocolate, caramel, and cream indulgence that melted in my mouth.As my first meal in Ostuni, the next will have a high ceiling to better this evening.
