I really like this roadside burger shack! I wish there were more of them. It's personal, it's real and they make you feel welcome. There is nothing special about the building. It's a small building about the size of a trailer with a tiny parking lot for about 3-4 cars. You can drive up to the side window or park and walk up to the order window. After you order your food, you can drive away, sit in your car or use the outdoor picnic tables. We tried three different type of burgers. All of them were very good. The patties are huge but thin. After you add bacon, cheese and toppings, it's very big. I cannot say it's the best burger ever, but you add the nice people and great atmosphere and I like it. The tots and fries are nicely done.

Nothing says "deep in the heart of Texas" quite like Lucy's on the Square. The eatery resides in a more than 100-year-old brick building in Celina, Texas, about an hour away from the hectic bustle of Dallas. Inside, Texas-themed knickknacks abound: diners
I visited this restaurant as part of a larger tour, so this review isn't based on menu items as much as it is on the quality of the food we were served. This is a quaint, local establishment. It was clean, and the staff friendly. The food was just average. It was barely warm enough and lacked a lot of flavor. For an included meal, it was sufficient, but I didn't see anyone clean their plate or ask for more. I heard they were famous for their pies, but at nearly $6.00 a slice, it seemed like a high price for such a small, local cafe'. Maybe this is the best restaurant in town, but I hope not. I probably wouldn't eat here again if I had to pay for it.
The Farm Stand is a little known treasure in the heart of the Light Farms subdivision. All food is made from top notch ingredients. No frozen foods here. The concept is Farm to table. The taste is delicious from the Oak Cliff coffee and breakfast tacos in the morning to the burger and best fries ever at lunch and ending the day with the salmon you can not go wrong
They serve snowballs. The really fine shaved ice. 75 flavors to choose from. I have tried the coffee, strawberry margarita, barbie, spearmint with chocolate and cream, watermelon and more over this summer. My current favorite is a cup of shaved ice with coke. I know they are open until 10pm this week then will start fall hours when school starts next week (Aug 21st).
