Authentic Chinese Tapas and Cocktail bar.
Yeah, weâll wait in an empty restaurant midweek whilst you check the bookings diary to see if you can fit 2 of us in...Still mostly empty when we were leaving...Dirty glasses on tables, no sugar offered with coffee, had to get attention from staff who are adept at looking around without seeing. Food was pretty good - hence the 2 stars. I am very sorry for your experience. I would be very grateful if you could contact us at this e-mail address:[email protected] thanks

The food was similar to a 2 for 1 establishment and certainly not worth the extortionate prices. Was extremely disappointed and even more shocked at the price of the bill. Wouldnât return for food. No ambience & bizarre village feel. Doesnât have music on as canât afford the licence!

Inspired by the British conquering Havana in 1762, fifty eight blends Gin, Rum, good times and the British spirit of adventure and doing things properly.
A scorching bank holiday Sunday lunchtime is probably not the best time to fill a bar, but number 58 always creates an atmosphere and did not disappoint. The live music from Hatstand was fabulous and there was a real buzz from a healthy mix of diners, drinkers, snackers and music fans. Always a treat.

Visited in May with a group of friends. We were all really looking forward to visiting. After an amusing start of having to change chairs as two chairs were so ridiculously low. Not good for trying to chat with friends when you are so low you are looking at the table. The food was ok. We spent £26 for the mixed platter but it looked nothing like the one shown on their website or Fb. There was half the amount of food as was shown & especially lacking in cheese. I only found a disappointing few a crumbs of Silton, there was no breadsticks, few grapes & only a few crackers. We asked for more crackers which was charged. The bar staff were attentive & friendly but had no knowledge of the cocktails, what they were or how to even pronounce them. They had no knowledge of what wines were available and even had to return to the bar as they didnât know the four draft beers they sold. I would expect waiters to pour our wine, not just put the bottle on the table & then wait for us to ask for wine glasses. They never even asked if it was ok after we had poured it. Not really like any wine bar I have been to before. We enjoyed our visit for the company we were with but I doubt I would return based on my first visit.
