Weâve been in mourning since the iconic Chateaulin closed down a few years ago. Not to worry-thereâs a fantastic, beautiful place in town, complete with not only a chef from Chateaulin, but also the amazing maitreâd! We ordered 4 starters and 3 mains, all fantastic Among the starters, the maitake buns, harissa cauliflower, little gem salad, and very fresh burrata and tomato were great. On the mains, the duck leg, local lamb t-bone and burger with special fries also great. And the bananas foster for dessert! Just a real fine meal between plays. Itâs only a half mile to the theatres. Oh I forgot to mention very creative cocktails! Thank you for the wonderful comments!

Restaurant featuring Tapas, Craft Cocktails & Wines Inspired by Excellence From Spain And Southern Oregon
This review is a revisit of one of our favorites. We have gone to Ostras many times, but our two July visits were lacking. The dishes were still great, but the portion size has been reduced, making the tapas very expensive. Also the service was awful. Lots of staff in training with little supervision. We left a little disappointed. Still the best in Ashland, but not nearly as good.Hello Neil, thank you for your feedback! We aim to provide the very best experience possible and will look into portion sizes and service standards! Thank you for your continued patronage!

We were there for a tasting and also REALLY enjoyed the bruschetta which we had with it! The flavors were superbly balanced. Good wines and beautiful grounds.

Stopped in for some refreshments after the 5-hour drive to Ashland. Definitely worth the visit. They have an excellent selection of wines, and the cheese plate was tasty. Service and wines were good enough that we stopped in a second time a couple of days later to taste and purchase a couple of bottles of their wine.
