In this renovated KFC location is a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant. It's located in that "no man's land" of Greensboro Road on the Jamestown side of I-74. The location has been transformed into an Asian oasis. And the menu is an adventure. Service was great, too. Entrees were $11 to $15.

We actually dined here by mistake; we were looking for the Bahn Mi sandwich shop on the same road and landed here instead. After a look at the menu, we decided to stay and were very glad we did. We started with the crabmeat and asparagus soup, which was delicious - sort of like egg drop soup with crab flavoring and white asparagus. Our entrees were the shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce, grilled lemon chicken with house red rice. Both were delicious, and did not fall in line with the regrettable trend among Asian restaurants of making dishes too sweet. Service was friendly and reasonably prompt. We would definitely recommend.

Had a mid-week dinner with a group of about ten colleagues, and there was plenty of space to accommodate. The restaurant does brisk business, and rightfully so, because of the wide selection. I went with the tofu-vermicelli dish, served lukewarm. Delicious! Word to the wise: the little glass jar of crushed red pepper sauce on every table has a spicy factor of about three skull-and-crossbones!

Tried for first time. I had the beef meat pho. My wife had stir-fried vegetables with chicken. Both were excellent. Prices are very reasonable. Medium Pho Bowl was $9. More than enough to eat. Would go back again.
