We really enjoyed the food and service was excellent...lamb in the mixed grill was as good as I have tasted. My only criticism is that the restaurant needs some attention...just feels tired...

Mediterranean grilled food is becoming hugely popular, extremely fashionable. It and supposedly a healthier option than standard convenience foods. Ephesus stands out though and having eaten here on numerous occasions, we canât praise the food, staff and service enough. The staff could not be friendlier. You will always get a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. They really want you to enjoy your experience. And the food? Itâs not complicated. Itâs well prepared. Itâs well presented. Full of fused flavours from the simple marinated meze to the house specialities. Try them all and enjoy them all. You will keep coming back. Oh and the banoffee pie - superb!

Visited here for dinner with friends. Food was good with some choices outside the standard range. Service was attentive but a bit indifferent. Some of the food was not warm enough when it arrived at the table but it was reheated without any fuss. They certainly do things in their own way here - asked for a mint tea only to be told they don't do that (first time I've been told that for years).

Having read some reviews thought I would try it after my awful experience of Sevenoaks grill (kebabs) well to be honest this place was almost as bad by The time I got home my box was swimming in water from the salad. My advice is try somewhere else!! Next to try is kebab shop in seal Sevenoaks.( watch this space
