Reviews on Thai food in Swansea, United Kingdom. Birthplace of poet Dylan Thomas, and the second-largest city in Wales, resilient Swansea offers a slew of leafy parks and some impressive cultural centers, including the new National Waterfront Museum and the renowned Dylan Thomas Centre. Rebuilt after WWII, the modern city of 230,000 has a charming outlook over Swansea Bay and the picturesque, unspoiled 16-mile-long Gower Peninsula, home to rich wildlife, prehistoric standing stones, dramatic cliffs and lovely beaches.

Went for breakfast with a group of friends. I only ordered a tea and bacon buttie. It took over 40 minutes for it to arrive. My friends food was cold and my buttie bread was stale. Very very disappointed. However the place was busy. I wonât be returning sorry. Hi pearcesontour,I am very sorry this was your experience. Can I ask, was this your first time coming?I recognise your picture and remember your table. Please accept my most sincere apology for this...it really is not the norm. I don't like to make excuses but like every business, timing can be bad. We had a new chef start when you came and he had some teething problems. This chef isn't with us anymore.I can assure you that our food quality and service are extremely high (as you can see from the many reviews here and our high rating). If you were to give us another go, please show this reply to a member of staff and we will happily supply you and a friend/partner with a breakfast and coffee/tea on the house.Hope to see you soon to give us another go. I'm confident you won't have the same experience.Kindest regards and thank you for your feedback,Tim & Sophia
